Plan for success in your 2024 vegetable garden by, first, designing your garden, then take stock of what you have, what you need, how much and when to plant.
April 10 Greenhouse Gardening with Karen Bennett
Do you want a greenhouse? What kind? How big? Karen can explain all these things regarding choosing a greenhouse to suit your needs. She will also cover raised bed/container gardening.
April 17 Pollinator and Butterfly Gardens with Gail Bolin
We have many different kinds of pollinators here in North Idaho. Gail will explain what plants attract the most of these necessary insects to your garden, including monarchs’ and other butterflies.
April 24 Landscape Planning with Beth Goodnight
Beth will discuss the evolution of naturalistic landscaping, including native plants, rain gardens, low water use and natural soil building techniques.
Fees cover the cost of venue, publications, materials and the support of non-profit activities of the Bonner County Gardeners Association.
