Ergonomic Gardening @ Ponderay Event Center

This class is presented by Physical Therapist Julie Price, and expert gardener Gail Blasingame. The tools we use and how we use them can make gardening a pleasure or a pain.  Julie will discuss posture, body mechanics, stretching and strengthening exercises to help prevent injuries and Gail will talk about efficient use of tools & how to adapt some of them for more effective gardening.
