Want to know how to grow great garlic? Curious to learn about and sample different varieties? Nina Messner is the garlic queen and owner of Snow Valley Garlic, Idaho’s largest garlic farm. Her farm grows over 28 heirloom varieties and is located in beautiful Priest River. She will explain some culinary uses, and how to grow great garlic. There will also be garlic available for purchase for consumption and planting.

Class size is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
